Reports that sales transactions in Scotland for Q3 2009 fell by 19.8% when compared to Q3 2008. The average house price in Scotland in Q3 2009 decreased by 3.6% when compared with Q3 2008, with the average price of a residential property in Scotland in Q3 2009 standing at £154 453, however this is an increase of 6.1% when compared with Q2 2009.
