The Federation of Master Builders' latest survey reports that workloads in the construction sector are still falling, with 50% of FMB builders reporting lower workloads and only 15% reporting an increase over the last three months. Confidence is stronger among specialist builders than among general builders, but general opinion is that the recession is far from over.
