UK house prices might slip in 2010 after a strong recovery. Sweden?s residential market where rents are indexed and vacancy rates are low, provides a stable low-risk investment environment although some Swedish banks have posted lending losses in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Finnish residential circles are beginning to attract new international investors.
