Quarterly analysis of changes to construction costs and prices shows many costs are beginning to rise. All the construction cost index series are now on an upward trend. Construction materials prices show sharp rise over last six months. Wages remain frozen for builders, plumbers and H&V operatives. Wage increases for electricians 5% and steel erectors 2%.
