Cushman and Wakefield's February monthly yields analysis highlights retail warehouses and London offices as the two most popular UK sectors for investors in a market still plateauing. However yields for retail warehouses and prime London West End offices both fell by 25 basis points in February. The 'flipping' of properties purchased in 2009 is increasing in all sectors but available prime stock is generally hard to find and aggressive bidding continues. Table covers prime yields by sector.
