[2009] EWCA Civ 1081, 22 October 2009. An appeal against an earlier decision that building works that Mr Davies wished to carry out (an extension to his house) would breach restrictive covenants. The judge granted an injunction preventing Da from carrying out the works, as well as ordering him to pay the claimants' costs. "Held": appeal dismissed.
