Lloyds Banking Group's third quarterly Commercial Property Confidence Monitor points to a slow but steady recovery in the commercial property market in 2010. Property fund managers who are included for the first time in this survey are the most confident group about activity and two-thirds expect to see improvements in the next three to six months.
