In conjunction with a retail trade body, the BHF-BSSA Group, the HSE has issued a factsheet informing retailers of their legal responsibilities to workers, contractors and customers on asbestos. The BHF-BSSA Group represents over 7 500 small retailers, a sector where compliance with "duty to manage" regulations has been particularly low.
