Announces a package of measures to regenerate Glasgow's Govanhill area, including £1.5m to refurbish the backcourts of Govanhill tenement blocks; the development of a property acquisition strategy by Glasgow City Council and Govanhill Housing Association; and the creation of an enforcement team, funded by £300 000 over two years, to stop rogue landlords operating in the area.
