24 March 2010. Concerned with whether the High Court has concurrent jurisdiction with Leasehold Valuation Tribunal (LVT) to determine service charge disputes and whether a holiday chalet is a dwelling to which service charge provisions of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 s18 to 30 applied. "Held" LVT had concurrent jurisdiction and s18 to 30 of the 1985 applied to holiday chalets.
