Commercial property auction success rates fell in Q2 2010 to their lowest point in 18 months according to ARAS, Jones Lang LaSalle's Auction Results System. Sales last week by top three auction houses, Acuitus, Allsop and Cushman and Wakefield were sunk to a 60.3% success rate, the worst since the 51% average in Q2 1994. Tables cover auction sales and yield falls from 1999-2010.
