Development Securities, owner of the now empty Oriental City shopping centre in Colindale, may submit a new planning application in 2011 to revive the site. Developer Dandara intends to submit revised plans in 2011 for its Harrow residential scheme. Plans for the 178 acre Lee Valley regeneration site, Meridian Water, will be assessed this autumn. Quintain is preparing plans for a mixed-use development, phase two of its Wembley City scheme. Competition hots up to secure prelets for Enfield's 1.2m+ sq ft of available industrial space. Despite a fall in actual rents in some parts of north London retail landlords are not reducing their asking rents.
