[2010] EWHC 30 (Ch), 15 January 2010. Purchaser (D) sought to be released from a contract of sale because the documentation was incomplete, uncertain and was not binding on it. D claimed that the original contract was too incomplete to be enforced. Held: D's contract was enforceable and D must complete the purchase. A "reasonable buyer" would have checked the documentation, the auction pack in particular, and would have found there all relevant details.
