EG Top Agents survey for 2010. Shows a decline in combined turnover from £2.27bn a year ago to £2.11bn. However the 7% decline is reduced from last year and 48% of firms say their expected turnover for the current financial year will be up. Many firms are still depressed about prospects with 35% expecting no growth and many agents expect another peak in consolidation across the sector.
