The UK residential development land market has seen renewed activity over the last 12 months with some recovery at the premium end of the market but more mixed performance elsewhere. Indicates the outlook for an increasingly polarised land market which like the housing market is beginning to show signs of a second slip. However the value of serviced plots and to a lesser extent serviceable land is expected to grow over the next few years. The outlook for bulk land at the national level is poor.
