In Old Grovebury Manor Farm Ltd v W Seymour Plant Sales and Hire Ltd , CA 19 March 1987, which concerned the lease of garage premises, CA allowed the landlord`s appeal against assessment of damages awarded to the tenant when he gave up possession .
