Council of Mortgage Lenders' forecast for UK mortgage and housing markets in 2011. Activity in housing and mortgage markets is set to remain broadly flat in 2011 due to predicted fall in transactions to 860 000 and difficulty in obtaining mortgage particularly for first time buyers.
