Law firm CMS Cameron McKenna has taken a 15-year lease in Crest Nicholson's Harbourside scheme - Bristol's biggest prelet in three years confirming Bristol prime office rents are still at £27.50/sq ft a figure first achieved in the 2007 boom. Bristol Office Agents Society stated that Bristol city centre office take-up in 2010 was 40% up on 2009. Bath Rugby plans a £50m revamp and expansion of its city ground. B & Q will take possession of its 796 649 sq ft distribution centre at G Park Swindon two months early. Bristol City Council has identified only 12.25 acres of local land suitable for industrial development.
