New reports demonstrate the value of local food [electronic resource]

Six location reports show the scale and impact of local food webs in town and cities across England. The pilot locations for the reports are Birstall, Hastings, Kenilworth, Knutsford, Sheffield and Totnes and shows that local food webs can deliver a wide range of important social, economic and environmental benefits to people and places. These reports are the first part of extensive research into how local food benefits local communities, economies and the countryside.
