Reports that the average price for a residential property in Scotland was £146 253 in Q4 2010/2011, a decrease of 1.1% compared to Q4 2009/2010. The total volume of sales across Scotland in Q4 also fell to 12 800, a decrease of 12.7% on Q4 2009/2010.
