Agency 2011 show agents' fortunes improving. The combined turnover of the top 60 firms was £210m more than in 2010. Just eight firms reported a drop in revenue compared with nearly three-quarters in recession-hit 2010. Half of the respondents said that they aimed to increase their workforce in 2011. This year the top five property services firms generated considerably more fees per head. than last year.
