Telford and Wrekin Council abandons plans to move 2000 staff to a new £40m office in the Southwater area of Telford. Developer Morris Property plans to expand its 20 acre industrial development Vanguard Park in Shrewsbury. Genr8 will submit plans by the end of 2011 for a 100 000 sq ft first phase of a £120m new business district in central Stoke-on-Trent. Realty Estates gains consent for a supermarket and commercial units in Kidsgrove, Staffordshire. The £350m redevelopment of Stoke-on-Trent's East West Centre will begin July with the construction of a new bus station.
