Outline of the Law Commission's recommendations following its review of the rights that make land effective. The recommendations can be divided into four areas; streamlining the law on easements and profits, improving the interface of these rights with the land registration system, introducing a new legal interest to remedy the defects in the law of covenants and extending the jurisdiction of the Lands Chamber.
