The government has today agreed to transfer land and property assets owned by Regional Development Agencies to the Homes and Communities Agency [electronic resource] - 2011

Homes and Communities Agency will own the assets and liabilities with local communities involved in decisions about future development plans to maximise the benefits to economic growth and regeneration in their areas. The transfer will take effect on 19 September 2011.
