Reports that the average price for a residential property in Scotland was £153 820 in Q1 of the financial year 2011/2012, an increase of 0.4% compared to Q1 of the financial year 2010/2011. The total volume of sales across Scotland in Q1 was 16 947, a decrease of 10.8% on Q1 2010/2011.
