The Government has published a consultation paper setting out their proposals for regulations governing the modification and discharge of planning oligations, to be made under Town and Country Planning Act 1990 s106a. They will enable a person who is bound by a planning obligation to apply to the local planning authority for it to be varied or brought to an end.
