Occupiers appear more optimistic about the future than a year ago according to the latest CB Richard Ellis/EuroProperty survey of corporate occupiers. As in 2010 occupiers show a clear preference for Asia as a location to expand to. Overall, real estate is becoming a more important issue for occupiers. CB Richards Ellis's 2011 Business Footprints Survey shows the world's largest companies opting to locate their offices in booming Asian economies. Hong Kong is the most popular location for international business with London in fourth position.
