Jones Lang LaSalle index reveals prime conditions for borrowing

The "JLL Corporate Finance Property Week Index", formerly known as the "King Sturge Property Week Index", has been renamed and recalculated for September 2011. The index measures the amount that can be lent or borrowed on UK commercial property with reference to prevailing investment yields and interest rates. The current index shows that conditions are excellent for those with good banking connections. Graph covers Q1 2008 until Q3 2011.
