Reports that the average price for a residential property in Scotland was £157 174 in Q3 of the financial year 2011/2012, a decrease of 0.5% compared to Q3 of the financial year 2010/2011. The total volume of sales across Scotland in Q3 was 19 828, an increase of 0.2% on Q3 2010/2011.
