With reference to "Sun Street Property Ltd v Persons Unknown" [2011] EWHC 3432, outlines procedure for evicting trespasses from commercial premises set out in the Civil Procedure Rules Part 55. The Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 which has made squatting in residential property a criminal offence has not been extended to commercial property.
