Investors set to allocate more funds in Asian non-listed real estate vehicles than European according to a joint INREV and ANREV, the respective European and Asian associations for investors in non-listed real estate vehicles. More than 80% of investors in Asia are expected to increase their allocations while European investments will be much lower at 40%. Listed assets are more attractive in Asia with China as the preferred location. Fund style seems to be much more important to investors selecting European than those selecting Asian funds.
