Office leasing demand slowed further across most of Asia Pacific in Q1 2012. Rental growth also slowed further in most major markets in the quarter but capital values increased or remained stable in most major markets. Overall leasing demand is expected to weaken moderately during 2012 and positive rental growth of up to 25% is forecast across the region for the full year. Capital values however are expected to grow at a slower rate in 2012 in most markets.
