The Lloyds TSB Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty (ANOB) House Price Review which tracks house price movements in postal districts of 32 ANOBs in England excluding Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight reveals that house prices in some locations have risen by £110 000 since 2002. Surrey Hills is the most expensive ANOB and Solway Coast saw the biggest increase. The review is based on Land Registry data.
