Concerns a seller's rights where a buyer failed to pay the purchase price, in particular the "unpaid vendor's lien"concept, and whether this entitled the seller to require the buyer to provide a deed of release of the seller from certain liabilities. "Held": appeal allowed. Respondent W had onerous obligations to appellant V. The agreement to surrender W's lease to V required a release of W. W was unable to use the unpaid vendor's lien to obtain the lease.
