The Q2 Property Index shows continued re-pricing of secondary assets relative to prime in light of poor economic prospects. This polarisation will continue as caution in the investment market leads to a focus on prime assets. Tables cover property performance (%), total return (%), yields (%), property,equities and gilts total returns, and performance by sector: total returns (%), capital growth (%), and rental growth (%).
