Following the 2012 Jones Real Estate Transparency Index 2012 this report assesses the opportunities and transparency challenges within this key emerging region. Africa is increasingly being viewed as an emerging investment destination and crucial growth market. Yet the lack of transparency around these markets makes many firms wary.
