Property Week's second graduate survey reveals that 2012 has been even tougher for those who want to obtain placements at the major property firms. Total successful applications fell from 326 in 2011 to 275 in 2012 across the same 17 firms. Savills tops this year's list taking 50 applicants. Applicants were up 7.5%, number of placements down by 26.5%, and the number of applicants per place has increased by 28.2%
