Latest salary survey reports that pay and bonuses rise but diversity issues remain. 21% of those surveyed believe they have been discriminated against in their positions which is 4% up on last year. Gender is the area in which people felt the most sidelined with 50% of those people reporting this. Salaries failed to top the list when respondents were asked to select the most important factors in their positions with challenging and interesting work being the top category. Average salaries are £55 256 for men and £42 481 for women.
