Information about changes to pre-pack sales which should improve transparency. From 1st November 2015 insolvency practitioners were required to adhere to new best practice guidance when dealing with the sales in the form of the revised statement of Insolvency Practice 16 (SIP16). Warns that this may limit the effectiveness of the pre-pack sale as a rescue tool for business.
