Points out that the Land Registration Act 2002 covers the 86% of land which is now registered and the Law Commission is now reviewing the Act in light of experience with the Act?s operation since October 2003 with the aim being to update the Act within its existing legal framework. Responses to the consultation should be submitted by 30 June 2016.
