Three firms of UK surveyors have announced European expansion plans. St Quintin has set up St Quintin Europe, a network of six continental firms; Richard Ellis is opening an office in Vienna and Healey and Baker have set up a correspondent agreement with P&D, a property agency based in Istanbul.
