Discusses the distinction between a lease and a licence with regard to individuals sharing a property, each being granted at different times an individual licence to share. Examines the effect of Street v Mountford on this area of law with particular reference to the decision A G Securities v Vaughan (1987) (See Abstract 38813) which further clarified the approach laid down in the earlier case.
