British contractors are poised to play an important role in the reconstruction of Kuwait after the Gulf War according to a recent Morgan Stanley report. The British embassy in Amman, Jordan is setting up a six-man commercial team including at least one British building representative. There are also plans to send a task force of British construction workers to help when invited by the Kuwaiti government.
