News item highlighting a test case heading for judicial review which will affect any dairy tenant facing a rent review who was allocated milk quota as a dairying tenant in 1984. A West Country tenant was given, at a recent rent review arbitration, a rent increase of more than 300% on the grounds that the farm had a substantial milk quota attached to it. A judicial review has been sought.
