Sood v Barker CA 6 February 1991, upheld CC ruling that a business tenancy with a user covenant prohibiting use other than for sale or hire of videos . The sale of beer and lager was a breach of covenant . Notice was served under Law of Property Act 1925 S146 . The landlord had not unreasonably withheld consent for change of use .
