As thousands of builders face losing their jobs over the next six months, the bosses of building firms are also finding themselves redundant. Recently YJ Lovell`s Robert Sellir, John Mowlem`s John Marshall and Peter Costain of Costains either retired or found themselves demoted in an industry in need of restructuring.
