A research review article assessing the impact of a range of economic indicators on Australian commercial property performance over the 10-year period 1984-94. From this research concludes that most economic factors achieved their maximum impact on commercial property performance within one year. Predictive models based on these economic factors can then be used to forecast property market performance and would be useful in identifying suitable property investment strategies. References.
