CA 8 December 1987. An appeal by the tenant (G) against a decision fixing the rent of a premises which came before the assistant recorder on application for a new tenancy under Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 Part II . Originally set at £16,500 G wished it to be £9,100 however the appeal was dismissed on the grounds that the rent was correct.
