Privy Council 27 February 1995. H was granted, for a premium, a 99-year term of specified apartments in a hotel. H was ejected by I, the owner. I did not give up possession for some years. For this period of trespass H sought mesne profits. I appealed from a decision of the Court of Appeal of the Bahamas, determining mesne profits at $1,800,000. Appeal dismissed.
