"Gwent CC v British Coal Corporation" CA 15 June 1995. Concerned compensation under Coal Industry Act 1975 s2(4) for damage to school premises due to mining operations. Not all damage was within the limitation period and the measure of compensation was not necessarily the cost of building a new school on a new site. Also held that the LT did not have the jurisdiction to award interest on compensation awarded.
